Assembly & Installation

Our products are either delivered pre-assembled or are designed to be assembled easily and efficiently. Depending on the system, they are delivered as a finished unit or as a well-designed modular system that, in many cases, can be assembled without tools or with minimal use of tools.

To ensure safe and smooth installation, we provide you with comprehensive functional descriptions, detailed installation instructions, and—for select systems—supplementary installation videos. This way, you can complete the setup step by step, even without specialized knowledge.

Professional Installation Service (optional)

Upon request, we can also handle the entire installation for you. To ensure optimal planning for the on-site installation, please fill out our installation checklist and send it to us. Based on this information, we will prepare a customized, binding quote for the project.

We draw on a pool of experienced professional installers—particularly in the DACH region and in select other European countries. Many of our partners already have extensive experience with our systems, which ensures reliable, clean, and on-time installation.

Cleaning and Care Recommendations for Frames

• Use only soft, non-abrasive cloths or rags.
• Important: The surfaces to be cleaned should be cleaned as gently as possible and then rinsed thoroughly with water, as residues of salts, acids, or alkalis can cause corrosion.
• Rubbing can cause the coating to become dull.
• Powder-coated parts should be stored in a dry place only.
• Standard pH-neutral household cleaning products are suitable.
• Never use products containing solvents, alcohols, thinners (e.g., nitro thinners), acetic acid, or other acids.
• Never use abrasive or scratchy cleaning products.

Care Instructions for Surface Textile Prints “Without LED”

• Machine washable at 30° (easy care), use liquid color-safe detergent, gentle spin cycle (max. 800 rpm)
• Ironing: On the reverse side at setting 1–2
• Tumble dryer safe (cold/lukewarm). Alternatively: Air dry on a large surface.
• Store on suitable cardboard rolls or loosely folded in a cardboard box (Caution! Be sure to avoid creases.)
• Store at a temperature between 10°C+ and 60°C+, maintaining a constant temperature

Care Instructions for Textile Prints with a Gray, White, or Black “Blockout” Separating Layer

• Not washable
• Do not iron

Tool-free design changes—we think ahead!

We’re committed to sustainability not only when it comes to the raw materials for our acoustic art, acoustic partitions, etc., but we also think long-term. That’s why we’ve chosen a framing system that allows you to change the design without having to replace the entire product. You can easily customize the aluminum frames to match the season, design, or color scheme. Thanks to the piping system, our textile prints are interchangeable. You don’t even have to take the frame off the wall to change the design. Changing the design is a breeze—and best of all, no tools are needed.

Here's how changing the motif works: 

• Remove the fabric. Pull the tab forward, and the fabric will come loose from the frame. Now you can carefully peel the fabric off along the frame.
• Insert a new fabric insert. You can watch our short video for instructions.
