Shipping conditions (validity)

These shipping conditions supplement our General Terms and Conditions (especially Part 3) and the Cancellation Policy and apply in addition to them. Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our publicly accessible B2C online shop, unless otherwise specified in the respective offer or during the ordering process. Consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are subject exclusively to these shipping conditions; for businesses as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) ordering through the B2C shop, the business provisions of our General Terms and Conditions (Part 2) also apply. Separate delivery terms based on Incoterms® 2020 apply to orders placed through the separate B2B area.

Processing and delivery time

The applicable delivery times are those specifically stated for each product in the online shop, which depend on the type of product. If no specific delivery time is stated for a product, the delivery period is a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract (§ 475 para. 1 BGB).

In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting credit institution; in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise specified in the ordering process.

For custom sizes, individual print data, or other customer-specific designs, the delivery period only begins once all necessary information, approvals, and – if agreed – advance payments have been received in full. The possible exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal for goods manufactured according to customer specifications (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB) is specifically pointed out during the ordering process and in our General Terms and Conditions (section 3.11.3).

For unusually large order quantities, we will inform you about a possible change in delivery time before you complete the order process.

Shipping Details

We regularly ship textile prints, accessories and textile tension frames up to a length of 150 cm disassembled via courier or parcel service.

We regularly ship larger or bulky items via freight carrier. For freight shipments, delivery is arranged after notification (by phone or email) and a personal appointment has been scheduled.

Delivery to parcel lockers and self-collection are generally not possible unless explicitly offered during the ordering process.

For deliveries by freight carrier, delivery is made – unless expressly agreed otherwise – to the curb (i.e., at ground level in front of the specified delivery address; carrying the goods into the building or to a higher floor is not included). Transport within the building, as well as assembly or installation services, are not included. The statutory provisions regarding the transfer of risk for consumers (§ 475 para. 2 of the German Civil Code) remain unaffected; the risk only passes to you or a person authorized by you to receive the goods upon handover.

You will receive a shipment reference for online tracking, provided it is supported by the respective shipping method. For shipments via freight carrier without tracking, the transport provider will contact you by phone to schedule delivery.

The stated shipping costs include, in particular: packaging materials, packaging labor, standard freight charges, and the usual organizational aspects of shipping. Surcharges for deliveries to German or European islands, remote areas, or for bulky goods/express shipping will be shown separately before order completion, where applicable.

For shipments via freight forwarding, the following are included – where necessary – telephone notification, appointment scheduling and short-term interim storage of usually up to 5 working days until the agreed delivery date.

Note regarding transport damage

Please carefully inspect the packaging and goods for visible damage upon delivery. If possible, note any visible damage directly on the delivery documents and inform us as soon as possible.

Prompt notification facilitates the enforcement of claims against the transport service provider and the transport insurance company. Your statutory rights in the event of defects and transport damage remain unaffected.

Within Germany

• Free shipping on orders over €50.00 incl. VAT.
• Shipping costs are €15.00 for orders under €50.00 (incl. VAT).

Deliveries to other EU countries

• Free shipping on orders over €150.00 (including VAT applicable to the selected delivery country), unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.
• Shipping costs are €25.00 for orders under €150.00 (including VAT applicable to the selected delivery country), unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.

Deliveries to non-EU countries

• For deliveries to non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway), the shipping costs shown separately for each country during the order process apply; additional import duties, taxes, or fees of the destination country may apply, which are not included in the displayed price.

Deliveries are only made to the delivery countries selectable in the online shop. Regions that cannot be delivered to are not offered during the ordering process or are indicated separately.
