Assembly & Installation

Our products are either delivered pre-assembled or are designed to be assembled easily and efficiently. Depending on the system, they are supplied as a finished unit or as a well-thought-out modular system that, in many cases, can be set up without tools or with minimal tool usage.

For safe and smooth installation, we provide you with detailed functional descriptions, comprehensive assembly instructions, and, for selected systems, supplementary assembly videos. This ensures the setup process is successful step-by-step, even without specialized expertise.

Professional installation service (optional)

Upon request, we can also take care of the entire installation for you. For optimal planning of the on-site installation, we kindly ask you to fill out our installation checklist and send it to us. Based on this, we will prepare an individual and binding quote for the project.

We draw on an experienced pool of professional installers – particularly in the DACH region as well as in selected other European countries. Many of our partners already have extensive experience with our systems, which ensures reliable, clean, and timely implementation.

Cleaning and maintenance recommendations for frames

• Only use soft, non-abrasive cloths or rags.
• Important: Clean surfaces as gently as possible and rinse thoroughly with water afterwards, as residues of salts, acids, or alkalis can cause corrosion.
• Rubbing can cause the coating to become dull.
• Powder-coated parts should be stored in a dry environment only.
• Standard household pH-neutral cleaning agents are suitable.
• Never use products containing solvents, alcohols, thinners (e.g., nitro thinner), acetic acid, or other acids.
• Under no circumstances use abrasive or scouring cleaning agents.

Care instructions for front-lit textile prints "without LED"

• Washable at 30°C (easy care), liquid color detergent, gentle spin cycle (max. 800 rpm)
• Ironing: On the reverse side at setting 1 – 2
• Suitable for tumble drying (cold/lukewarm). Alternatively: air dry laid out flat
• Store on suitable cardboard tubes or folded loosely in a box (Attention! Avoid creasing at all costs)
• Storage not below 10°C+ and not above 60°C+ at a constant temperature

• Not washable

Tool-free motif change - we think ahead!

We don't just love sustainability when it comes to the raw materials for our acoustic pictures, acoustic partition walls, etc., but we also think long-term. For this reason, we have chosen a frame system that allows for a motif change without having to replace the entire product. Easily adapt your aluminum frames to suit the season, design, or color concept. Our textile print is interchangeable thanks to the silicone edge graphics (SEG) system. You don't even have to take the frame off the wall to change the motif. Changing the motif is child's play and, above all, no tools are required.

How the motif change works: 

• Remove the textile. Pull the existing tab forward and the textile will release from the frame. Now you can carefully peel the textile off along the frame.
