Cleaning and Care Recommendations for Frames

Use only soft, non-abrasive cloths or rags.
Important: The surfaces to be cleaned should be cleaned as gently as possible and then rinsed thoroughly with water, as residues of salts, acids, or alkalis can cause corrosion.
Rubbing can cause the coating to become dull.
Powder-coated parts should be stored in a dry place only.
Standard pH-neutral household cleaning products are suitable.
Never use products containing solvents, alcohols, thinners (e.g., nitro thinners), acetic acid, or other acids.
Never use abrasive or scratchy cleaning products.

You can easily customize the aluminum frames to match the season, design, or color scheme. Thanks to the piping system, our textile prints are interchangeable. You don’t even have to take the frame off the wall to change the design. Changing the design is a breeze—and best of all, no tools are needed.

How uniform is the illumination of the round LED light wall?

The LEDs are mounted across the entire surface of an aluminum composite back panel. This
creates a homogeneous, diffuse light without visible light sources or
shadowed areas. In combination with the specially developed diffusion fabric
, the light is distributed evenly across the entire circular surface.

With approximately 9,800 lumens/m², the light wall is suitable both as
an atmospheric design element and as functional supplemental lighting.

Is the round LED light wall dimmable?

Yes. The dimming function is built in as standard—regardless of the
diameter.

Control is available either via remote control or app. This allows
to precisely adjust the light intensity based on the time of day, usage, or desired
room ambiance—from bright and inviting to subdued and atmospheric.

Does the system meet fire safety requirements?

The fabric used is B1-certified (flame-retardant according to DIN
4102) and is therefore suitable for public buildings such as hotels, medical offices, office spaces, or
retail spaces.

For projects with more stringent building code requirements, we recommend
project-specific coordination with an architect or specialist planner.

What does the total height of 82 mm mean?

The visible profile depth is 55 mm.

A 27 mm substructure can be added as an option.

If no mounting frame is used, the electronic ballasts (EVG) must be installed in the wall cavity

How large can the light wall be built?

The light wall is delivered ready for installation for diameters up to 150 cm.
Larger diameters are manufactured in interlocking segments. This design reduces shipping volume while still allowing for stable, dimensionally accurate on-site installation.
In addition, custom sizes and curved free-form designs are available—tailored to the architecture and project specifications.

Can the design be replaced later?

Yes. The fabric is secured using a surrounding piping system and can be replaced without tools.
The replacement is done without interfering with the LED technology or the frame. This makes the system particularly cost-effective for changing graphics, rebranding, or seasonal adjustments.

What profile colors are available?

The 55 mm aluminum profile is available as standard in:
• Anodized silver
• Matte black coated
White (matte or fine-textured) and custom RAL colors are available as options for an additional charge. For architecturally sophisticated projects, the desired surface texture can also be specified.

How is the unit mounted on the wall?

The unit is mounted directly to the wall using the aluminum composite panel on the back, or—if a substructure is selected—using the included mounting brackets.
Screws and anchors are not included, as they must be selected on-site depending on the specific wall construction.
Important: When ordering, the desired position of the cable outlet must be specified.
