PR80 tensionable outdoor frame – with flat strap system for PVC tarpaulins
Professional outdoor advertising – flexible, stable and weatherproof.
The PR80 outdoor frame was specially developed for large-scale banner installations in outdoor areas. Thanks to its sophisticated design with a flat strap system (12–15 x 3 mm), PVC tarpaulins can be easily sewn on and quickly changed from the front – without dismantling the frame.
The system is weather-independent as it does not require spring tensioners. It is suitable for both permanent use and temporary advertising campaigns. In addition, the PR80 is modularly expandable – even when assembled. This means that formats can be easily enlarged as required.
For additional attention, we also offer the PR80 as an illuminated version with modern LED technology – either with edge lighting for subtle light accents or as surface lighting for evenly illuminated motifs at night.

Modular expandability – flexible format
With the PR80 outdoor frame, you remain adaptable at all times. The system can be expanded modularly even when assembled, without having to be completely dismantled.
Simply remove the motif print, open the pre-assembled corners and then insert additional profiles to enlarge the frame system. Once the corners have been reassembled, the new PVC tarpaulin can be clamped directly into the expanded format.
Fast, clean and efficient – ideal for changing requirements and growing advertising spaces.
Note on the statics and fastening of the PR80 outdoor frame
The static calculation is based on the 10 x 5 m format in the PR80 profile. The maximum height is 20 m to the top edge of the profile.
For different, larger formats, a new calculation must be made, as well as for frame heights above 5 m. There is no calculation limit in terms of width, provided that the Z-brackets are mounted according to the specified dimensions.
The Z-brackets must be mounted at a maximum distance of 0.8 m, both in width and height (see graphic).
Important:
The substrate and suitable anchoring are decisive for the statics of the Z-brackets.
According to calculations, the individual Z-brackets are subjected to a total load of approx. 1.8 kN.
Primex GmbH provides information on frame statics that relates exclusively to the function, design and basic structure of the frame itself.
This frame statics does not include the attachment of the frame to the wall or façade, nor any other structural constructions outside the frame and its structure. The basic structure and construction of the frame itself must not be changed, otherwise the statics will lose its validity.
Please note that a building permit and, depending on the wind load zone, a corresponding structural analysis are always required for outdoor use and must be provided by you.
The technical design and the number of anchor points for attaching the frame to the wall or façade must be determined based on the masonry and the structural analysis.
The specification and execution of this is not included in the scope of services and liability of Primex GmbH and is hereby expressly excluded.
The printed tarpaulin (optional)
The print on PVC tarpaulin for the outdoor frame can be made on request according to your individual color or motif template.

Shipping and delivery
The outdoor frames are shipped disassembled in individual parts, with the corners already pre-assembled with clamping technology. Delivery is carried out by a forwarding agent and the optional print is delivered separately.

Pflegehinweise
Reinigungs- und Pflegeempfehlung für Rahmen
- Nur weiche, nicht kratzende Tücher oder Lappen verwenden.
- Wichtig: Die zu reinigenden Flächen sind so mild wie möglich zu reinigen und abschließend ausgiebig mit Wasser zu spülen, da durch Reste von Salzen, Säuren oder Laugen Korrosionen ausgelöst werden können.
- Reiben kann zum Mattwerden der Beschichtung führen.
- Pulverbeschichtete Teile sollten ausschließlich trocken gelagert werden.
- Es eignen sich haushaltsübliche ph-neutrale Reinigungsmittel.
- Niemals lösungsmittelhaltige Erzeugnisse, Alkohole, Verdünner (z.B Nitroverdünner), Essigsäure oder andere Säuren verwenden.
- Auf keinen Fall scheuernde oder kratzende Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
Pflegehinweise für Aufsicht-Textildrucke „ohne LED“
- Waschbar bei 30° (pflegeleicht), Farbwaschmittel flüssig, schonendes Schleudern (max. 800 Umdrehungen)
- Bügeln: Auf der Rückseite mit Stufe 1 – 2
- Trockner geeignet (kalt/lauwarm) Alternativ: Lufttrocknung großflächig ausgelegt
- Auf geeigneten Papprollen lagern oder locker gefaltet im Karton (Achtung! Knickkanten unbedingt vermeiden)
- Lagerung nicht unter 10°C+ und nicht über 60°C+ bei gleichbleibender Temperatur
Pflegehinweise für Aufsicht-Textildrucke mit grauer, weißer oder schwarzer Trennschicht „Blockout“

Motivwechsel
Werkzeugfreier Motivwechsel - wir denken mit!
Wir lieben Nachhaltigkeit nicht nur bei den Rohstoffen für unsere Akustikbilder, Akustik Trennwände etc., sondern denken auch langfristig. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns für einen Rahmensystem entschieden, bei dem ein Motivwechsel möglich ist, ohne das ganze Produkt zu tauschen. Passen Sie die Alurahmen ganz einfach nach Jahreszeit, Design oder Farbkonzept neu an. Unser Textildruck ist dank Keder- System austauschbar. Für den Motivwechsel müssen Sie den Rahmen nicht einmal von der Wand nehmen. Der Motivwechsel ist kinderleicht und vor allem ist kein Werkzeug nötig.
So funktioniert der Motivwechsel:
- Textil entfernen. Ziehen Sie die vorhandene Lasche nach vorne und schon löst sich das Textil vom Rahmen. Jetzt können Sie vorsichtig am Rahmen entlang das Textil abziehen.
- Neues Textil einsetzen. Hierzu können Sie sich unser kurzes Video anschauen.
