The Cube Corner profile was specially developed for cube structures and three-dimensional fabric-tensioning frame systems. It enables clean 90° corner joints and is suitable for freestanding cubes, ceiling suspensions, or modular structures in trade show and retail design.

This profile is suitable for piping dimensions of 10–14 x 3 mm.
It is therefore compatible with standard fabric tensioning systems used in trade shows and commercial settings. Before starting a project, the fabric to be used—including the piping dimensions—should be technically coordinated to ensure optimal tension and a precise fit.

The aluminum profile is manufactured using a high-precision extrusion process and complies with:
• DIN EN 12020-2 (Dimensional tolerances for precision extruded profiles)
• DIN 17611 EV6/EV1 (now E6/C-0) for the anodized coating
Precision manufacturing ensures dimensional accuracy, stability, and clean joint geometries—which are crucial for cube or spatial structures.

By default, the profile is supplied with a silver anodized finish.
The anodized layer is created through the electrolytic oxidation of the aluminum surface. This process forms a protective oxide/hydroxide layer that prevents corrosion and ensures a durable, low-maintenance surface.
Optional powder coatings in custom RAL colors are available for an additional charge.

The profile length is 6.08 m, of which 6.00 m is net usable length.
The extra length is for production purposes. The effective usable length of 6 m should be taken into account during project planning.

The weight is 0.96 kg per running meter (kg/lfm).
This comparatively low weight, combined with high stability, makes the profile ideal for modular structures where structural integrity and transportability are equally important.

Yes. For an additional charge, the profile can be powder-coated in virtually any RAL color.

The powder-coated finish is just as easy to maintain and durable as the anodized version.

The goods are shipped on a pallet measuring 610 x 80 cm.
You can combine any number of items. The minimum charge is for half a pallet (610 x 40 cm); depending on the order quantity, a full pallet may be charged.
Important:
Delivery is handled by a freight carrier. The goods must be unloaded on site using a forklift.
