Cleaning and care recommendations for frames

  • Only use soft, non-abrasive cloths or rags.
  • Important: The surfaces to be cleaned should be cleaned as gently as possible and then rinsed thoroughly with water, as residues of salts, acids or alkalis can cause corrosion.
  • Rubbing can lead to the coating becoming dull.
  • Powder-coated parts should only be stored dry.
  • Standard pH-neutral household cleaning agents are suitable.
  • Never use solvent-containing products, alcohols, thinners (e.g. nitro thinner), acetic acid or other acids.
  • Under no circumstances use abrasive or scratching cleaning agents.

Change of subject

Tool-free motif change - we think ahead!

We love sustainability not only in the raw materials for our acoustic pictures, acoustic partitions, etc., but also think long-term. For this reason, we have opted for a frame system that allows for a motif change without having to replace the entire product. Easily adapt the aluminum frames to the season, design, or color concept. Our textile print is interchangeable thanks to the keder system. You don't even have to take the frame off the wall to change the motif. Changing the motif is child's play and, most importantly, no tools are needed.

How to change the motif:

  • Remove the textile. Pull the existing tab forward and the textile will detach from the frame. Now you can carefully pull the textile off along the frame.
  • Insert the new textile. You can watch our short video for this.

Ja. Das System erfüllt die Brandschutzklasse B1 nach DIN 4102 (schwer entflammbar).
Damit ist es für öffentliche Bereiche wie Büros, Praxen oder Empfangszonen geeignet. Zusätzlich ist das eingesetzte Akustikmaterial Öko-TEX®100 zertifiziert, emissionsarm, allergikerfreundlich und recyclingfähig.

Wie wird das runde Akustikbild montiert?

Das Akustikbild wird direkt an der Wand befestigt und benötigt keine aufwendige Unterkonstruktion.
Bis Ø 150 cm erfolgt die Lieferung fertig montiert, was die Installation besonders einfach macht. Größere Formate werden demontiert geliefert und lassen sich mit wenigen Handgriffen zusammensetzen. Schrauben und Dübel sind abhängig vom Untergrund bauseits auszuwählen.

Kann das Motiv später ausgetauscht werden?

Ja. Der Stoffbanner ist über ein integriertes Keder-System werkzeuglos austauschbar.
So kann das Motiv jederzeit an neue Farbkonzepte, saisonale Gestaltungen oder veränderte Corporate-Design-Vorgaben angepasst werden, ohne den Aluminiumrahmen ersetzen zu müssen.

Beeinflusst der Stoffbanner die akustische Funktion?

Nein. Das eingesetzte Textil ist akustisch durchlässig. Der Schall kann ungehindert in das dahinterliegende Absorbermaterial eindringen.
Voraussetzung ist die Verwendung des speziell abgestimmten Drucktextils, das bei diesem System standardmäßig eingesetzt wird.

Wie unterscheidet sich das 19-mm-System von stärkeren Akustikrahmen?

Das 19-mm-Akustikbild ist bewusst als Slim-Lösung konzipiert. Der Fokus liegt auf geringer Bautiefe und dezenter Optik.
Stärkere Systeme mit z. B. 55 mm Bautiefe erreichen höhere Schallabsorberklassen und eignen sich für Konferenzräume, Großraumbüros oder stark hallende Bereiche. Das 19-mm-System hingegen ist optimal für ergänzende oder moderate Akustikmaßnahmen.

Welche Formate sind möglich?

Es sind Standard-Durchmesser sowie individuelle Wunschformate realisierbar.
Gerade bei runden Formen werden Maße projektbezogen gefertigt. Auch größere Durchmesser können umgesetzt werden – diese werden aus logistischen Gründen demontiert geliefert.

Welche Anforderungen gelten für die Druckdaten?

Die Motive sollten im gewünschten Endformat angelegt werden. Alternativ können auch quadratische Bilddateien bereitgestellt werden – der runde Zuschnitt wird entsprechend angepasst.
Die Druckdaten werden vor Produktion sorgfältig geprüft. Sollte die Auflösung nicht ausreichen, erfolgt eine Rückmeldung zur Abstimmung der weiteren Vorgehensweise.
