Technical features of our LED systems

• Edge-lit lighting systems: Indirect LED lighting: LEDs are mounted on the edges and radiate from there to the center of the frame. This is sufficient for many applications and optimal up to a height or depth of 200 cm (the larger the frame, the darker the center). The less homogeneous illumination is less noticeable with colorful motifs but becomes clear with solid-colored images. This should be considered when placing an order to ensure a consistently beautiful result when exchanging prints (a significant advantage of these frames).
• Backlit lighting systems: Direct LED lighting. This variant is recommended for larger frames from 200 cm. The LEDs are mounted on an aluminum composite panel across the entire back. This panel also provides additional stability to the frame. The illumination is very homogeneous, brighter than the edge-lit variant, as the LEDs radiate from the entire back panel.
  For solid-colored prints, the illumination is significantly and visibly better.
• Use of high-quality, reliable brand LEDs
• Light colors from 2700 K (warm white) to 8500 K (cool white), with dynamic control (Tunable White) on request
• Control via DALI, app, wall panel, or smart home (Alexa, Siri, Google)
• Color rendering – the higher, the more natural (ideal: CRI > 90); values up to 95 for highest color fidelity
• Dimming & control: Manual or smart – flexibly controllable via app, DALI, or other standards
• Standard-compliant design according to VDE with labeling
• Changeable textile covering – printable, recyclable, pollutant-free (Öko-TEX® Standard 100)

Color rendering (CRI ≥ 90): For an authentic representation of materials and colors – essential in showrooms, lobbies, or conference rooms.

Tunable White (e.g., 2700–6500 K): Adjustable color temperatures for dynamic daylight progressions, ideal for work and common areas.

High lux values (>1000 Lux): Especially for office and work environments to promote performance, concentration, and well-being.

Dimmability and controllability: Integration into systems like DALI, Casambi, KNX, or DMX allows for individual light control for various usage scenarios, e.g., for showrooms, office spaces, or museums.

Compliance with workplace regulations (ArbStättV): Particularly regarding glare-free illumination, light distribution, and the biological effectiveness of light.

Optimal color rendering (CRI ≥ 85): To highlight products in their original colors. Color brilliance is in the foreground.

Illuminance between 800–2500 Lux: Adapted to merchandise carrier height and room brightness.
