Whether for mass production for a major customer or for individual orders in large and small formats, with the Primex Q63 - The Fabric Screening System - you can quickly and easily inspect unprinted or printed fabrics and textiles:

  • Quality control of dimensions and detection of format errors: e.g. errors when sewing piping (textile too small or too large, corners not sewn cleanly, crooked seam, etc.), dimensional deviations due to fabric shrinkage, etc.
  • Quality control of the print image and detection of print errors: e.g. print nozzle failure (mostly lighter, white streaks), print head scratches/jams (mostly dark, black spots or smudges), overlaps caused by bending, weave defects in the fabric, errors in color management, etc.

Reduce the number of customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction! Operating Principle of the Q63
For fabrics with a width of 800 to 6010 mm and a height of 500 to 3100 mm.
Manual entry of tissue dimensions via keyboard or using a barcode scanner to avoid input errors.
Simple and ergonomic loading of the frame with the textile to be tested – even for large textiles, thanks to operation at working height. Cycle time approx. 120 - 240 seconds, depending on textile size and operator skill.
The frame automatically moves to the preset textile dimensions.
Light function for translucent textiles can be switched on; the illuminated area adapts to the dimensions of the textile (incl. dimming function).
Collaborative work between human and machine thanks to integrated light barrier with emergency stop for occupational safety

Functional sequence

Manual entry of fabric dimensions via touchscreen or barcode scanner to avoid input errors.

Simple and ergonomic loading of the clamping frame – even with large textiles thanks to operation at working height. Cycle time: approx. 120–240 seconds, depending on textile size and operator experience.

The frame automatically moves to the preset fabric dimensions.

Lighting function for translucent textiles can be switched on; in this case, the illumination is only partial, adapted to the dimensions of the textile (incl. dimming function).

Visual inspection of the textile by quality personnel (optional creation of photo documentation).

After acknowledging the successful visual inspection, the frame returns to the working position for removal of the inspected textile
